Virtual Bakery - First time launch of a Retail brand into a Restaurant segment – using Cloud Kitchens.
Betty Crocker , an iconic and loved brand in the Middle East wanted to have another touchpoint with the consumers , apart from just being available on shop shelves. We worked with Kitopi a leading cloud kitchen to launch the “Virtual bakery” so that Betty Crocker could compete with bakeries that offered the fully made cake and pastries. The menu with SKU and Price point , Recipe , Ad shoot , QC checks in the Industrial kitchen was done by us.
A big European MNC was interested to buy an iconic Middle Eastern brand , which was market leader in its category. We worked with the Brand team & Financial investors for the possible Acquisition by:
